We understand the distractions that persist and consist on a daily basis. We know the importance of living in the moment and being alert to know what's going on around you. We can not find ourselves slipping in a distraction at a time where we may need to save our life.

Mindfulness can be a beneficial practice for children, as it teaches them to focus on the present moment and manage their emotions. Some ways to introduce mindfulness to kids include breathing, exercises, stretching or simply encouraging them to pay attention to their surroundings without judgement.
